1. Patch specifications
Patch shape
Choose a shape that suits your design. Circle and Square automatically match height to width. Custom or irregular shapes require a Hot Cut border.
Patch dimensions
Enter the finished width and height in inches, in 0.5-inch increments. Pricing uses their average, rounded up to the next half inch.
Patch quantity
Enter the number of physical patches you need. Larger orders generally reduce the price per patch. Quantity discounts update automatically.
Backing options
Plain backing: No Velcro.
Single Velcro (hook): Hook backing only; individual polybags are required to protect the patches.
Double Velcro (hook + loop): Both mating pieces are included; polybags are optional.
Border types
Merrowed borders are stitched around the edge and are available for standard shapes. Custom or irregular shapes cannot use a merrowed border and require Hot Cut.

Design Help
High Quality Image — Free: Supply clear, ready-to-use artwork.
Some Help — $10: Clean up or recreate existing artwork.
Paper Drawn Idea — $10: Convert your drawing into a digital design.
Idea Only — $20: Create artwork from your written description.
Artwork / reference file
Upload one PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, or AI file. Required unless selecting Idea Only.Upload one clear PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, or AI file. A high-resolution reference helps reproduce fine details. Artwork is not required for Idea Only.
Describe your patch design or clarify your drawing. Required for Paper Drawn Idea and Idea Only; optional for other selections.

3. Proof & protection
Digital proof
A digital proof of your design is included at no additional charge. You can review the proposed artwork before production.
Individual polybag packaging
Each patch is packaged separately to protect its surface and backing. Strongly recommended for patches with Single Velcro (hook) backing because exposed hooks can catch on and damage neighboring patches during shipping.
Individual polybags are required with Single Velcro (hook) to protect the patches during shipping. To order without polybags, choose instead.
Physical photo proof
For orders of 100 or more patches, request a photograph of a physical sample before full production for an additional $20.
Package Protection (+$7.99)
Add extra peace of mind to your custom patch order with additional protection and priority support.
Shipping Protection: If your package is lost during shipping, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Product Protection: If your patches arrive damaged or do not match your approved design, we’ll arrange a replacement.
